Information we handle
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. Public practitioner, course, activity, gallery, and organizational information is managed by authorized administrators. Security controls also process limited technical request data and privacy-preserving derived identifiers to prevent abuse.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, operate the practitioner directory and educational services, administer the website, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations. EGSOM does not sell contact-form information.
Storage, service providers, and retention
The website uses contracted hosting, database, analytics, and communication services that process only the information needed to provide those services. Contact messages are retained only while reasonably necessary to respond, maintain operational records, protect the service, or satisfy legal obligations, and should be reviewed periodically by authorized administrators.
